Recovery Flow Program
ELITE Recovery Flow is an open level yoga class designed to introduce those feeling “I am not flexible enough to do yoga” to all the benefits yoga has to offer. In this class, you will learn useful tools to further your training and compliment your existing athletic skill set while focusing on improving strength, flexibility, range of motion, mindfulness and determination, often resulting in better performance on the court/field. Explore physical poses for increased balance and breathing exercises for relaxation and focus. The physical practice aims to open areas of the body that athletes find most challenging.

We all know power, strength, and speed are directly related to proper body mechanics: when our body is properly aligned, we can transmit force much more efficiently and perform better across the board.

By opening posture, yoga significantly increases respiratory capacity; in fact, many have overcome asthma and other respiratory conditions through regular practice. Along with opening the body, yoga builds greater body awareness, including balance, stability, and proprioception. As a result, not only is performance enhanced but our training becomes far more efficient.
