The perfect way to get a jump start on your fitness goals! This class format has been put together to address all of your training needs. Let us change the way you look at fitness! Check out the descriptions below:
60 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class using sleds, kettle bells, battle ropes and body weight to help you burn fat. Cardio, core, conditioning... this class HIITS it all (Pun intended).
Meets: Mondays and Thursdays 7pm
60 minute Strength and Conditioning class designed to help you build muscle and strength. This class is centered on multi joint exercises such as the Bench Press, Squat, Deadlift, and Lunge in addition to loaded carries and body weight exercises such as the Pushup and Pull-up. Warning- Side effects from this class may include an increase in strength, lean muscle mass, confidence and awesomeness!
Meets: Tuesdays 7p and Fridays 6:30p
Athletes reach the ELITE status by performing at peak levels as frequently as possible. Repairing their bodies after strenuous activity is a critical component of sustainable high level performance. Proper recovery restores the body to full strength and provides the ideal environment for growth.
